EXT DAY MS at press conference New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani talks about American Airlines Flt 587 crash, which took off from JFK Airport and crashed shortly afterwards in Belle Harbor neighborhood of Queens. Giuliani said, " And I would also like to congratulate the fire department and the police department and the port authority police department all who have whom gone through a terrible dramatic experience over the last two months but they responded in unbelievably quick amount of time the fire was raging when i got there and it was out in unbelievably short amount of time."
