Lake effect snow continues to blanket Great Lakes in Ohio
ASHTABULA, OHIO, US - DEC. 3: Ashtabula County, Ohio, US, braces for another winter storm on Tuesday, Dec. 3.
Gov. Mike DeWine in a Tuesday proclamation declared a state of emergency in snowbelt counties that have been hit hard over the last week by heavy lake-effect snowfall and are expecting more accumulation soon.
