Video filmed by Colyn Jones shows a mountain of debris next to the apartment with a collapsed wall on June 15. "I heard screaming from a building on Locust Avenue. Looked up seen [sic] water coming out the bottom floor windows and roof like a waterfall," Jones told Storyful.
