US: Animal Rights Protesters Interrupt NBA Game In Minnesota
An animal rights protester ran onto the court and interrupted the NBA game between the Minnesota Timberwolves and Memphis Grizzlies Saturday night, April 23. This video shows the woman on the floor carried away by security and another woman in the crowd also escorted out from the seating area. The protesters were reportedly from the group Direct Action Everywhere and against alleged animal cruelty at a chicken farm owned by Timberwolves owner Glen Taylor's company.
