An Alabama woman captured the moment a firefighter cut a hole in a toy fire helmet to fit it over her son's hair. Video from Kennethia Abernathy shows a fireman using scissors to cut the helmet during a community block party in Florence, Alabama, on October 22. The firefighter, whose considerate act Abernathy described as "the sweetest thing ever," was part of a group of firemen handing out helmets to kids from the community. "My day was made from it.
