Professor Turley cautions Democrats against absolute Article One view shared by Trump of Article Two powers

American University School of Law Professor Jonathan Turley tells the House Judiciary Committee in a statement that while he agrees with criticisms of President Donald Trump including against his overriding interpretation of Article Two powers, Democrats are doing the same with Article One in claiming complete authority to demand information from another branch will be impeached in record time, a perfect storm by setting an incredibly short period to demand a huge amount of information so when the president went to court to impeach them, asking if that tracks with testimony and history of impeachment.
