F1 Cars Run on Tokyo's Public Roads: Yuki Tsunoda of Red Bull says, "It's like a movie"
Ahead of the Japanese Grand Prix, the pinnacle of car racing, an event featuring F1 cars running on public roads was held on April 2 near Tokyo International Cruise Terminal Station in Tokyo's Koto Ward. Four cars, including one driven by Yuki Tsunoda, the only active Japanese F1 driver, sped through a specially constructed course approximately 1,600 meters long. Tsunoda commented, "Driving an F1 car in Tokyo was a dream when I was a child. It's like bringing a movie to life."
