Large Black Coral Antipathes sp. with a school of Redspot Cardinalfish Ostorhinchus parvulus. The species occurs in tropical West Pacific in a depth range from 2-12m, that's the official depth range (fishbase 2019), but these specimen where encountered at 17m. Max. length 4cm. Only when adult they have the distinctive large red peduncular spot. A pair of Eclipse Butterflyfishes Chaetodon bennetti, a school of Common Bluestripe Snappers Lutjanus kasmira in the background, two Neon Dwarfgobies Eviota atriventris at the bottom, an Urchin Clingfish near the Wing Oyster Pteria sp. encrusted by sponge and with Lampert's Sea Cucumber Synaptula Lamperti, some Ringtailed Cardinalfishes Ostorhinchus aureus hiding in the black coral, like the juvenile Golden Damsel Amblyglyphidodon aureus. Several other Damselfish spieces in the background. Featherstars and Ascidians, an amazing biodiversity! Raja Ampat, Indonesia, 0°28'29 " S 130°41'56" E at 17m depth
