Engulfed in Memories to Share with Glacier National Park. A setting looking to the southwest while taking in views from a roadside pullout along the Going-to-the-Sun Road. This is in Glacier National Park. With this image, I wanted to capture the layers present from the nearby grassy meadow with a look across Saint Mary Lake and then to the more distant ridges and peaks of the Central Lewis Range with Mahtotopa Mountain, Little Chief Mountain. I zoomed in with the focal length do you have that fill most of the image, while including some blue skies above as a color contrast to complement the earth-tones in the lower portion of the image.
