Victorville, April 13, 2004 – – – – A Mojave Green rattlesnake is being released after a transmitter implanted in it by Mike Cardwell. in a remote location in Victorville. Cardwell, a retired San Bernardino County Sheriff's Deputy tracks Mojave Green Rattlesnakes in Victorville for the past four years. The amateur herpetologist and biologist has shared his data on the snakes' movement, breeding, feeding and life cycle with Dr. Sean Bush of Loma Linda hospital to assist in his medical treatment of snakebites in the region.
