(Original Caption) They'll Supervise Civil Defense Talks. Washington, D.C.: More than 53 women's groups will be addressed by officials and planners of civil defense as they gather in Washington. They will be told how women can best handle the burden of civil defense duties should catastrophe strike at the civilian population.
