(Original Caption) 11/28/1952-New York, NY: Professor Albert Einstein, renowned physicist, is shown leaving Federal Court today after he played the role of star witness at a patent infringement suit involving a highly-technical Medical camera. Prof. Einstein sat as a witness for nearly two hours before Judge Sylvester J. Ryan testifying in the suit brought by Gustav Bucky, 72-yr.-old Physicist friend, against Carl J. Sebo and the Coreco Research Corporation.
