13th January 1975: Pop group 'Kenny', former employees of a banana factory in Enfield, who were discovered by top songwriters Bill Martin and Phil Coulter. The group scored a hit with a song dedicated to a new dance craze 'The Bump', which Martin and Coulter wrote after they discovered the dance during a tour of Northern discos.
