Police have found the vehicle used to kidnap Washington Nationals catcher Wilson Ramos in his native Venezuela, although there was still no word from his captors, officials said Thursday. Vowing to "spare no effort" to rescue Ramos and apprehend those responsible, Interior Minister Tarek El Aissami said locating the vehicle "will allow us to speed up the entire investigation." The van was found abandoned near the home of the baseball player's parents in Santa Ines in northern Venezuela where Ramos was staying.
