Normal vasomotoricity

Normal vasomotoricity, Vasomotricity is the ability of the blood vessels, specifically the arteries, to reduce their diameter (vasoconstriction) or to increase it (vasodilation) in order to regulate the blood flow: when the artery contracts, the arterial pressure increases and the blood flow decreases, while when it dilates, the pressure decreases and the flow increases.
