(left) and Attorney General Herbert Brownell after she was sworn in as Judge of the U.S. Customs Court at New York, in ceremonies at the Justice Department today. Miss Donlon, 63, succeeds Judge Genevieve R. Cline who retired, and is the first woman to be appointed to a high judicial post by the Eisenhower administration.
