Portrait of Leroy Moton
(Original Caption) Leroy Moton, the Negro youth who was riding with Mrs. Viola Liuzzo when she was fatally shot on an Alabama highway last week, describes how he heard one bullet whiz by his head during the slaying. Mrs. Liuzzo was killed by one of at least six shots fired at her car as she and Moton drove back to Montgomery after delivering a carload of "freedom marchers" to Selma following the march.
