KYOTO, JAPAN - FEBRUARY 11: Kyoto City Mayor Daisaku Kadokawa demonstrate how to use an high-tech underground bicycle parking spaces during its launching at JR Kyoto Station on February 11, 2015 in Kyoto, Japan. Kyoto city have made three high-tech parking spaces around the Kyoto station, which enable to 204 bikes each. Pre-registered users, who pay 2,700 Japanese yen monthly fee, set IC-chip equipped front wheel at the entrance, cycles are automatically stored.
