LILIENTHAL, GERMANY: Handicapped golf player Brian Alden of England (R) plays his shot at a golf course in the northern town of Lilienthal near Bremen, 27 August 2004. The course to be officially opened on 28 August is the first of this kind in Europe. With the support of a medical adviser, patients suffering of an apoplectic stroke or multiple sclerosis can use the course during their rehabilitation.
