DAVID BREWSTER • dbrewster@startribune.com FalconHeights_Thursday_8/31/06 - - - - - Minnesota State Fair A cow named Sweetpea appeared a little under the weather Thursday morning in the Cattle Barn at the Owens Farms (Frederic, Wis.) stalls. Owner Wilfred Owens and vet and vet-asstistant Dr.Scott Lang and Jake Smazinski looked her over for what was wrong. Dr. Lang said it was an "electrolite imbalance" and gave her an IV of fluids. Linda Owens (the other owner) thought it might have been the noise from the monster truck rally in the Coliseum last night. In any case Sweetpea was on her feet and fine a short while later.
