DENVER, CO - JANUARY: Chocolate truffles are a specialty at Chocolate Lab on February 7, 2018 in Denver, Colorado. Chocolatier Phil Simonson has created a unique chocolate shop that offers a variety of chocolates mixed with both savory and sweet and unexpected ingredients. Some of his unique offerings include Black Garlic Meringue, Beet Meringue, Graham Cracker porter chocolate covered marshmallows, Whisky Potato Chip Marshmallows, milk chocolate marshmallows, blood orange pink peppercorn marshmallows, Pepper & Black Hawaiian salt bark, Cinnamon & Pequin Chili Bark, mushroom orange bark, tomato basil bark,Raspberry Urfa Chili bark and Roasted Garlic Caramels. The store is also a restaurant that offers interesting lunches and dinners and unique drinks.
