Wadsworth (1905 - 1984), chairman of the U.S. delegation, are shown as they conferred yesterday as representatives of 12 nations, including Russia, began meeting to try to agree on plans for an international Atomic Energy Agency. The purpose of the meeting was to begin work on a statute to guide operations of the "Atoms for Peace" pool first proposed by President Eisenhower in December, 1953.
