(FILES) A billboard, financed by relatives of alleged drug trafficker Fabio Ochoa, touts his innocence of 27 August, 2001, in Bogota. Ochoa, 43, a former lieutenant of the late kingpin Pablo Escobar, was convicted in May, 2003 of participating in a cocaine smuggling ring that shipped about 30 tons of cocaine a month with an estimated value of five billion USD to the United States in the late 1990s.
