Moses spring, Wadi Musa, Jordan, wood engraving, published 1893 - stock illustration
Historical view of the Moses spring in Wadi Musa (Jordan) - small town on the edge of the world-famous ruined site Petra. Wadi Musa also contains the so-called "Ain Musa", the source of Moses. Moses is said to have come through the village, where he had let water flow out of a rock by the blow of his staff (Numbers 20). This source still exists today. Wood engraving, published in 1893.
