Tennessee Senator Marsha Blackburn says in remarks on late FedEx founder Fred Smith that on behalf of all Tennesseans she extended heartfelt condolences to Smith's beloved wife Diane, his nine children, and his entire family, asking and obtaining unanimous consent that the Senate consider and adopt a resolution honoring the life achievements and legacy of Frederick W Smith.
