US Presidential election 2024: President Joe Biden and Donald Trump debate: spin room GVs/interviews; USA: Georgia: Atlanta: INT GVs of Gavin Newsom (Governor of California: Democrat) speaking to press SOT - I care about substance, policy, facts, people being accountable to their lives / what I saw tonight was Donald Trump, weakness masquerading as strength / the guy was incapable of answering any question directly, obfuscating, pointing fingers, and more important than anything else, disgusted that I heard an ex-President of the United States talk down the American economy, talk down the US to the degree he did tonight - As regards to the President, on the substance, on the compare and contrast and economic record, just in the last three and a half years that fifteen point six million jobs represents eight times more jobs than the last three Republican Presidents combined / three per cent GDP growth, envy of the world, inflation tamed, down two thirds, an economic policy and a vision for the future to bring back American manufacturing, I was very proud of the President tonight / from my humble perspective, this is not about style, this is about delivering results for the American people and tonight I think Joe Biden not only asserted himself, he reminded people of his accomplishments and vision for the future.
