N. Korea to push arms programs: top official tells Japanese lawmaker
Kyodo, TOKYO, Japan, Sept. 11 : Japanese wrestler-turned-lawmaker Antonio Inoki speaks to reporters at Tokyo's Haneda airport on Sept. 11, 2017. Inoki, who met with Ri Su Yong, a vice chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea in Pyongyang the previous week, quoted Ri as telling him that North Korea will continue nuclear and missile tests and "bring their levels higher as long as the United States and the international community exert pressure" on the North with U.N. sanctions.
