Congressman Nunes says media, Democrats smeared journalist Solomon for Ukraine reporting

House Select Intelligence Committee ranking Republican Devin Nunes of California says in a statement beginning the third public impeachment inquiry hearing against President Donald Trump that Republicans had cited numerous indications of Russian meddling in the 2016 US elections to oppose Trump throughout depositions and hearings, many reported by veteran investigative journalist John Solomon but since Democrats switched from Russia to Ukraine to an impeachment crusade, his reporting on Burisma, Hunter Biden and Ukraine election meddling in becoming inconvenient for Democrats, so media was furiously smearing Solomon's reporting was a problem for Democrats so it had become a problem for the media as well.
