Congressman Rohrabacher in farewell on helping veterans
California Congressman Dana Rohrabacher says in his farewell to the House that over the years he could help veterans not getting the service they need, some helpless and psychologically wounded by military service but his office had helped hundreds in desperate need of someone to care for them, a good memory of his colleagues do, having changed the rules so the veterans administration had to be more caring, proud of a bipartisan approach to making America better from the bottom up instead of the top down.
